The gating system adopts a diversion channel design, ensuring that the melt is evenly distributed to the main body and the hanging ears, thus avoiding material shortage and bubble defects. The ejection system is a combined ejector pin + push plate structure, which ensures uniform force distribution and prevents the ear from breaking or the tip from deforming.
